素晴らしいパネリストをお迎えすることで、このイベントを開催できることを嬉しく思っています。より多くの人々が社会課題に日常的に関わるためにはどうすればよいか、みなさんと議論する機会となることを楽しみにしています。そして、みなさんが社会課題に直面したときに、どのように解決するか、考え始めるきっかけになると嬉しいです。共に学び、同じような考えを持つ人々と出会い、楽しむ機会にしましょう。

行政での仕事経験を通して、社会問題に日々触れています。世の中は社会課題で溢れています。つまり、ソーシャルイノベーションやスタートアップのチャンスがたくさんあるということでもあります。私たちが直面している問題についてお話しますので、参加者のみなさんが解決のきっかけとなっていただけると嬉しいです。

2020年1月より渋谷区役所に入庁し、スタートアップエコシステムの構築と渋谷区の国際化を担当。在サンフランシスコ日本国総領事館に8年半勤務。その後、非営利団体の設立など、サンフランシスコ・ベイエリアでのさまざまな活動に長年従事。 2016年に帰国後、東北のスタートアップ企業の取締役を経て、小松製作所に入社。小松製作所、NTT、SAP、OPTiUMが設立したベンチャー企業「ランドログ」の副社長も務めた。海外で培ったスキルや大手企業とスタートアップ企業での勤務経験を活かし、渋谷区のスタートアップエコシステムに貢献したいと考えています。

ソニー・ミュージックエンタテインメント、クラランス、ロッテ、トライアンフなどの企業で20年以上勤務し、営業やマーケティングを経験。その企業経験をもとに、2016年にグローバル教育を提供するキュリオ・ジャパン株式会社を設立。子どもたち向けのプログラムや、企業向けのダイバーシティ経営コンサルティングやグローバル人材の採用サービスなどを提供しています。 2019年よりワン・ヤング・ワールド・ジャパン取締役を務め、2022年よ​​り株式会社TOWに社外取締役として招聘される。

皆さん一人一人の情熱を上手くインパクトに繋げるための「社会課題の見立て方」について、一緒に考えを深められたら嬉しいです。

2019年に社会変革に挑戦する実験組織「ヒトラボ」を立ち上げ、長崎県壱岐市・北海道東川町にて持続的な地域社会の実現に取り組んでいます。

Our team is looking forward to hosting this event and the amazing panelists. It will be an opportunity for us to have an open discussion about how we can get more people to start thinking about the social issues that they likely interact with on a daily basis. Our hope is that when they face these social issues, they will start coming up with solutions to address them effectively. Most importantly, it will be an opportunity for us to learn, meet like-minded people, and of course, have fun!

Working at the city government gives you opportunities to learn about social issues. You will be surprised at how many issues we have in our society. It means that there are a lot of opportunities for social innovation and startups. I hope you will be the one who fixes one of the issues we face.

Yoshiro Tasaka Joined Shibuya City Office in January 2020 and currently in charge of building a startup ecosystem and internationalizing Shibuya City. He worked for the Consulate-General of Japan in San Francisco for eight and a half years. He was long involved in various activities in the SF Bay Area, including setting up non-profit organizations to empower communities. Upon returning to Japan in 2016, he worked as a board member of a startup in Tohoku and then joined Komatsu Ltd. He also served as Vice President of Landlog, a venture company established by Komatsu, NTT, SAP and OPTiUM. He is eager to contribute to the startup ecosystem in Shibuya City, leveraging the skills he acquired overseas and the work experiences at both major corporations and startups.

I expect positive and proactive engagement from students in this program.

With over 20 years at companies such as Sony Music Entertainment, Clarins, LOTTE and Triumph, Yuka has a diverse and rich experience in sales and marketing.Building on the corporate experience, Yuka decided to establish CURIO Japan Inc. in 2016 which offers global education programs to children as well as diversity management consulting and recruiting service of global talent to corporations. Since 2019, she has been a director of One Young World Japan and was invited to join TOW Co. Ltd in 2022 as an external director.

I would be happy if we could work together to deepen our thinking about “how to view social issues” in order to successfully connect each of you’s passions to impact.

In 2019, he launched the experimental organization “HITOLAB” to challenge social change, and is working to create a sustainable local community in Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture and Higashikawa Town, Hokkaido.
